From those humble
beginnings, Alabama Jack has grown to 25 employees who are working in all
segments of the business.
The company has a well-trained staff and many came with years of experience. Repairmen are trained within and also sent to factory schools.

Alabama Jack was founded by John Tombrello in
1973. It began as a one-man operation in his
basement. He always did quality work and got the
job completed on time, word spread, and by 1975
he had enough customers to move into his first
repair shop on Graymont Avenue. |

As business grew, John purchased property on the
corner of 5th Avenue and 12th Street North in
1979. There, he built what was to be phase one
of what is now one the most complete sales,
service and repair plants in the City of
Birmingham. The business expanded in 1988, and
due to continued growth, John has now purchased
additional property adjacent to his current
building and plans to provide even more sales
and services. |
